How can you know if your products are ready for delivery?

Customers can check the order status on the app by going to "My profile". All your orders will be categorized according to the order status as follows:
- "Preparing for Delivery" means the company has received your order and is in the process of preparing the products.
- "In Transit" means the transport company has picked up the products and is in the process of delivering them.
- "Completed" means the customer has successfully received the products.
