How to begin using the TalaadThai Online app?
  1. Download and install the app on your device. 
  2. Enter your phone number to register for an account. 
  3. Enter the OTP received via SMS within the provided timeframe. 
  4. Fill in your personal information, including your name, surname, date of birth, and gender. 
  5. Set a password to access the app and confirm your registration.
What should I do if I forget my password?

Click on "Forgot Password," then enter the phone number used for registration to confirm with an OTP and set a new password.

How to purchase products on the TalaadThai Online app?
  1. Log in to your account. 
  2. Search for products and select the ones you want to add to your cart. 
  3. Specify the delivery address. 
  4. Enter any discount codes to apply to your order (if available). 
  5. Choose your preferred payment method. 
  6. After completing the payment, the system will display your order number.
How to change your phone number?
  1. Go to "My profile" 
  2. Navigate to "Account Information" 
  3. Select "Change Phone Number"
How to add/edit/delete an address in the app?
  1.  Go to "My profile" 
  2.  Navigate to "Account Information" 
  3. Select "Address" 
  4. If you want to add a new address, click on "Add New Address" 
  5. If you want to edit an address, click on the "Pencil" icon
  6. 6. If you want to delete an address, click on the "Pencil" icon and select "Delete This Address"
How many payment methods are available for TalaadThai Online, and what are they?

What is the delivery schedule for TalaadThai Online?

For the areas of Bangkok, Pathum Thani, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan:

  • Orders placed before midnight will be delivered on the following day (Next Day Delivery).

For areas in different provinces: 

  • Orders placed before midnight will be delivered in 2-3 days.
Is there a delivery fee?

The delivery fee is calculated based on the delivery distance. However, there is free delivery for orders with a total value of 1,500 baht or more. Please note that the details are subject to promotions that may change each month.

How can you know if your products are ready for delivery?

Customers can check the order status on the app by going to "My profile". All your orders will be categorized according to the order status as follows:

  • "Preparing for Delivery" means the company has received your order and is in the process of preparing the products. 
  • "In Transit" means the transport company has picked up the products and is in the process of delivering them. 
  • "Completed" means the customer has successfully received the products.
In case you have placed an order and found that the delivery address or phone number is incorrect, what should you do?

What should you do after receiving the products?

Upon receiving the products, the company recommends that customers record a video while unpacking the package. Once you've received your products, it is advisable to record a video while unboxing the package. In the event of any incorrect orders or damaged items, providing pictures or videos to the company will facilitate a quicker and more convenient resolution of the problem.
