How to register/sign up and create a user account?

Customers can easily start using various services of TalaadThai by following these steps:

 

1. Click here to register as a member using your phone number, email, or connect with your Google or Line account. 

2. Verify your identity with the OTP code received via SMS or email. 

3. Click here to log in and start choosing from various services provided by TalaadThai.

If your phone number or email is showing as already registered, what should you do?

ou can log in with their phone number using the OTP code received via SMS. Alternatively, you can log in with your email using your password. If you need to change your password, you can click here.

What should you do if you can't log in?

We recommend you to check the following: 

 

1. Verify that you have selected the correct login method, whether it's using a phone number or email. 

2. Ensure that you have entered the correct phone number or email. 

3. Double-check that your password is correct (especially checking for correct language settings on your keyboard). 

4. If you still can't log in, you can contact our support team through the chat channel for assistance.

How to change your password?

1. Click on your account name at the top right corner and select "My Account". 

2. Choose "Account Settings". 

3. Select "Change Password". 

4. You can now change your password.

How to change the registered phone number?
  1. Click here and select the "Personal Information" menu.
  2. Under the phone number section, click "Change." 
  3. Enter the phone number you want to change to.
  4. Confirm your identity with the OTP received via SMS.
How to change the registered email address?

1. Click here and select the "Personal Information" menu 

2. Under the email section, click "Change." 

3. Enter the new email you want to use.

4. Confirm your identity with the password received via email.

How do I update personal/corporate information for issuing tax invoices?

1. Click here and select the "Company Information" menu. 

2. Enter all the required information and click the save button.
