The company was registered as a legal entity on October 21, 2537 B.E. under the original name "Modern Home City Company Limited." Later, the name was changed to "Thai Agro Exchange Company Limited."

From an empty space of over 80 hectares, it was developed into an agricultural product central market. The main markets included the orange market, fruit market, seasonal fruit market, field crop market, vegetable market, vegetable zone, and retail market, as well as decorative plant and plant seed markets, all under the name "TalaadThai."

"TalaadThai" officially opened with the objective of creating a central market where sellers and buyers could directly trade agricultural products freely and fairly.

TalaadThai joined hands with the Department of Internal Trade to develop the Thailand Produce Export Center (POSSEC), serving as a central hub for exporting fresh agricultural produce, streamlining export procedures.

The Vegetable Market Building and Vegetable Area, covering over 18,000 square meters, were opened to provide convenience to farmers and product collectors to directly sell various vegetable products to buyers.

A laboratory for inspecting vegetables, fruits, and safe food was established to control and prevent food contamination and enhance food distribution facilities to align with the Ministry of Public Health's food safety regulations.

A Seasonal Fruit Market building was opened to accommodate seasonal fruits throughout the year, covering an area of up to 50,000 square meters. It featured various Thai fruits such as mangoes, sweet tamarinds, tamarillos, pineapples, papayas, litchis, longans, rambutans, longkongs, lychees, and Thai strawberries.

An International Fruit Market and Container Market were opened to handle imported fruits on a total area of over 58,600 square meters, boasting modern and the largest facilities in the ASEAN community (AEC). 
 

TalaadThai initiated the "Ruem Jai" (Join Hearts) project to promote and support farmers in producing safe, high-quality products with traceability back to their sources. Products under this project included fresh vegetables, fruits, fresh herbs, fresh spices, and safe seafood.

The company established Thai Agro Fresh Company Limited as a subsidiary with an initial registered capital of 20 million baht to engage in trading, selecting, and processing standard-quality agricultural products that meets GHP/HACCP standards. 
 

The company established Thai Agro Service Company Limited as a subsidiary with an initial registered capital of 1 million baht to provide labor and agricultural product transportation services.

TalaadThai introduced the "TalaadThai Online" application for both iOS and Android systems, offering a retail channel for agricultural products to households, housewives, and small businesses.

Talaad Thai launched the "TalaadThai Select" website and a team dedicated to providing quality agricultural products at wholesale prices to businesses, stores, restaurants, hotels, schools, and hospitals, by selecting and processing products according to the GHP/HACCP standards.

TalaadThai acquired shares of Agrigate Company Limited, the developer of an online transportation service platform, under the brand "Loop Thailand".
